Most orders are processed within 1 business day.  Orders must be placed by 3pm EST or they will go on the next day's business. 

We do not ship on the weekends and certain major holidays. Fedex and USPS do not deliver on these days so keep that in mind when counting the number of days it will take to receive your package. We do not require a signature upon delivery.

Free shipping promos are for ground shipping only unless otherwise stated.  This excludes international orders.

All delivery times shown are estimates. Our carriers will not guarantee arrival dates of packages. Please keep this in mind if time is critical. Days in transit begins on the first business day after an order is shipped. All transit days are business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation. It is important to note, that tracking information can sometimes be delayed.

International Shipping (Taxes & Duties)

  • All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties.
  • We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect nor do we calculate the VAT, duties and/or taxes during checkout.
  • Any fees that are due will be collected upon delivery of the order.
  • All applicable customs, taxes, import duties and collection fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).
  • Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s).
  • Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
  • Taxes and fees are based on many factors, including location, material, item value, etc.
  • The amount of taxes due is determined solely by the government.
  • Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD).
  • If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
  • These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Kitten Lingerie.

International Shipping Restrictions

Unfortunately, due to certain trademark, labeling, product content and embargo restrictions, we currently do not ship all products available on our website(s) to all countries. If you have a restricted item in your tote, you will receive a message during checkout that lists the restricted item along with specific instructions to remove the item from your tote or to change the shipping method or address if applicable.

Backorders 

There are times when a particular style, color, or size is not in stock.  If this is the case, we will e-mail you that the item is on backorder and ask if you would like to wait for the product, replace it with a different item, or cancel that part of the order.

Currency Conversions

All prices listed on our site are in US dollars, and charged to your credit card in US dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged, but in general it should match closely with the current rate.

 

Please note: If your billing information does not match your credit or debit card bank records or your shipping address is different than the billing address your order may be delayed or cancelled. To have your order shipped same day, please make sure all your billing and shipping information is correct prior to submitting your order.
