Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange products unless defective. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers. Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.
What if an item is defective?
If an item is found to be defective within 15 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same item. Please click here to contact us, to let us know of the issue. We will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) via email and provide instructions on getting the product back to us. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST ACCOMPANY ANY RETURN IN ORDER FOR IT TO BE PROCESSED. We will not accept any return without one. When emailing about a defect, please state the following information, your order number, found in the top right hand corner of your invoice OR your web confirmation number along with your name and the nature of the defect. Once the defective item is received back into our warehouse (shipping it back is your responsibility), we will promptly ship a new replacement to you free of charge. Any item returned must have ALL original parts and packaging, batteries if applicable, cords, controls, blank warranty cards, instructions etc.
Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging with tags and sanitary protection intact (NO EXCEPTIONS).
All sales are final on the following items: Panties (Please note, due to Federal Laws and for the health of our customers and staff, we are unable to issue refunds on opened panties or items that cover the crotch), Thongs, Hosiery, Pasties, Wigs and Wig accessories, Eyelashes, Eyelash Accessories, Body Creams, Gels, Vibrators, Adult Novelty Items of any kind, Adhesive items or similar romantic gifts and body jewelry (NO EXCEPTIONS). All Clearance and Sale items are FINAL.
Please inspect your package once you receive it. In the rare case that there is a damaged item, missing item or an incorrect item in your package we require that you contact us within 48 hours after receiving your package. If no attempt to contact us via telephone or email is made regarding the damaged / missing items within 48 hours, all items are deemed correct and received.
Please return merchandise promptly. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returned items that are non- returnable will be REFUSED back to you.
As the customer, you are responsible for the shipping fees back to Kitten Lingerie. Please ship whatever shipping method you prefer. Kitten Lingerie strongly recommends adding delivery confirmation and/or signature confirmation to all return packages as Kitten Lingerie is not responsible for any packages lost in the mail stream. It is the customer’s responsibility to research any lost package shipped back to Kitten Lingerie that may have been lost in the mail stream.
Once your return is received and the refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation. For your return, please allow at least 7-14 business days for your refund to be reflected to your credit card.
We do not offer even exchange. Simply place a new order on the website for the new item/s, and send the original item/s back for a refund or store credit. All items will go through the same return process, procedure and inspections.
How do I obtain the required Return Authorization Number (RA#)?
- Check your merchandise - make sure the items are in their original condition and you have the complete original packaging.
- Have your Order ID Number and ship to Zip Code available.
- Decide if you want a store credit or refund.
- To Obtain a Return Authorization, email firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your name, order number and list the item/s you wish to return. Indicate the reason for return and whether you would like a refund or store credit.
- A Return Authorization # will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
- Please be sure to mark the RA# on the outside of your package. If no RA# is visible on the outside of the package, Kitten Lingerie will not accept the package and it will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
